It has been a privilege to go on many missions trips to preach.  This year Christy was able to travel with me to Nassau, Bahamas for a teen Revival.   Several hundred were present each evening for the revival.  The nationals sang and worshipped the Lord sweetly.  What a blessing to get to know these Bahamians.  Many visiting churches were able to attend lending way to many Independent, Baptist churches hearing the revival truths preached.  It was not just a great Revival week, but Pastor was generous to allow us to relax as well.  So, we were able to enjoy the beautiful island (and island food) of the Bahamas!   We look forward to returning in January, ‘09.

(An Eight Day Meeting). This was our second meeting with Pastor Burson Corley.  Pastor Burson is doing a great job in Farmington NM.  We spent a week dealing with the church and revival before looking to preach to the lost the gospel.  It is still amazing how God’s people get excited about the Gospel’s capability and power once they have embraced personal revival.  We had a fabulous response to revival and the gospel. 

This was our first revival meeting with Pastor John Mckenzie at Ellicott Baptist Church in Ellicott CO.  While we went in prepared to preach for revival, the people had already been preparing for revival.  Pastor McKenzie had well prepared his people to seek the Lord till He be found.  The church had experienced serveral weeks of a tv fast and several had fasted from food to pray for revival.  The Lord did meet with us!  The greatest blessing in a revival meeting is revival – - When God shows up!  We look forward to being back with these dear people.
