We headed west once again to visit our dear friends in Stillwater, OK. On the way we celebrated our 11th anniversary in Branson, MO. Christy and I were blessed with a special week visiting the Titanic Museum and several other favorites. We were able to meet Roy Roger’s son and grandson at their museum. We had a great time. A Pastor friend in nearby Springfield, MO took care of the hotel accomodations for us in a ‘thematic’ hotel in Branson. It was a special week,
Once in Stillwater withPastor Hardy we were able to catch up quickly. We also enjoyed catching up with several memebersin the church that we dearly love. What a blessing. Sadly though, our trip was cut short as Christy’s grandfather (her mom’s dad) passed away. We were going to fly her down, but tickets were outrageous and I thought it would be best to be with her. So, we packed up (sadly) and drove through the night to reach Anderson, SC (about 30 minutes late), but we made it. Christyhad been asked to sing with her sisters, so, we made it in time for that. Praise the Lord for safety in travelling.
